As a trauma informed-attachment focused therapist, I integrate evidence-based practices of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Flash, and Mindfulness. I work with new couples creating a strong foundation, those partnered for decades, individuals with depression, anxiety and more.
