I have over 20 years experience treating anxiety disorders. My clients describe me as approachable and as having a relaxed interactive style .My goal is to help a client develop throughout their lifetime to be the best person they can possibly be. I try to provide guidance, compassion and understanding as a client faces the many transitions in their life whether it be related to their career, their marriage or their family.
I have over 20 years experience as a clinical psychologist treating anxiety disorders. I use primarily a cognitive behavioral approach but also a developmental approach to help individuals achieve a better understanding of themselves. I help clients confront realistic choices and give them the tools to make life decisions.
As part of my developmental approach I often see clients over their lifespan to help them navigate life transitions such as college, marriage, birth of a child, divorce and significant loss. A major issue I also address is how individuals are raising children, holding jobs and caring for elderly parents.
