I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker certified as an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapist. I have extensive training and experience in EMDR and Internal Family Systems (IFS). I am also trained in body-centered therapies that help clients regulate their nervous system and reconnect with their body’s innate wisdom and healing.
My style is positive, caring, and reflective, and I tailor my practice to meet each client's needs, using EMDR and IFS in a safe, nonjudgmental setting. I have experience working with various populations but focus on supporting individuals facing life’s challenges, as well as grief, bereavement, and trauma in a way that helps them find sustained change.
