CUTTING EDGE THERAPY. It's not you, it's your nervous system!! Many people are unaware that when telling the worst events of your life, your heart rate, blood pressure, breathing, digestion, etc, respond as if it were happening in that moment. We will do it in a very different way and together. Prolonged periods of time in this highly aroused or shutdown state causes our bodies to start to break down and thus results in symptoms.These are all our natural survival states of Fight, Flight , Freeze or Feign Death.
I have done my own work so I know where you are now. I am a highly empathic, compassionate person. I am Certified in EMDR, Somatic Experiencing, Hypnotherapy, Brainspotting and have Advanced training in Attachment Theory as well as extensive training from numerous workshops, to keep me updated on the latest cutting edge modalities.
While I do not accept insurance my fee reflects the extent of training, providing you with the newest, cutting edge models of brain science. Sessions are available by the hour & are usually on a weekly basis. I offer free initial (15 minute) phone consultations. I look forward to speaking to you.
