Have you ever felt that no one truly understands how your depression, anxiety, addiction, relationship struggles or burnout affect what you want in life? My lived experience helps me provide compassionate individual, couples and group counseling, and easily connect to affected others in this life struggle. I offer a relationship based, cognitive behavioral approach to counseling, targeting your goals, offering support and guidance to help get you to a better life.
After a free consult, I provide individual sessions to focus on selfcare, setting boundaries, relapse, understanding addiction, and communication. You will be practicing these skills between sessions, and as your confidence grows, you can joins others in my "You Are Not Alone" groups for mental health and substance use disorders.
I have dedicated my career to helping others with co-occurring disorders (addiction and mental health issues) in many settings, including outreach, outpatient, inpatient, psychiatric hospitals, jails, etc. My life has been touched by those with whom I've worked, as well as having personal life experiences. I'm compassionate & will challenge you as well!

Supportive aftercare group for those affected by those who have loved ones in their family who struggle with addiction.
