I treat people, not a diagnosis. Life stressors impact everyone differently. I provide virtual holistic consultation, counseling and therapy to individuals at all stages of life. Whether you have been in therapy in the past and have a medical diagnosis, or if you feel that you are in need of supportive guidance, please reach out. I provide a conscious space, Mindfully, to assist you in learning to cope with stressors, life changes and goals. I believe that regardless of a medical diagnosis one can learn to live a life of deeper awareness, peace and balance. Before becoming a licensed professional counselor, I taught 4th grade.
In addition to 1:1 sessions, I teach RELAx, my spin on Mindfulness and Parenting.Easier. This Life School affords many opportunities and challenges. It would be my honor to 'hold your hand' as you navigate the ups and downs of life. Our breathe is our most accessible tool, if we learn to honor it. It is both a formal and informal practice to build the brain.
I provide empathetic listening, reflective conversation, and CBT suggestions to assist in times of change. I welcome individuals who are navigating their spiritual journey. In addition to my formal studies, I have independently studied Astrology, Energy Medicine and Yoga. We are living in times of great change. Allow me to assist you on your journey.
