Hi and welcome my site! I am a seasoned psychotherapist who believes that life is 10% of what happens to us and 90% of how we deal with it. We are all a life in progress and I help put those pieces of life together in an collaborative effort. I have worked in private practice, a fertility clinic, and a non-profit community agency. I enjoy working with those who are experiencing symptoms of depression, PTSD, trauma, grief, couples issues, fertility/women's issues and personality disorders.
I am an experienced EMDR practitioner, certified in trauma therapy, board certified in neurofeedback, experienced providing audio-visual entrainment. I utilize different modalities of therapy including CBT, DBT, client Centered, Motivational and other methods to help clients recognize patterns of behaviors which are not aligned with their goals.
I enjoy working with clients from 18 years old to older than I am! I provide a safe, calm environment and love listening, with a sense of curiosity, to client's histories and issues. I believe that the answers are within us and at times we are so bogged down and overwhelmed with life issues that we can't see the answers. I am here to help find the answers.
