I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a Licensed Social Worker. I received my bachelor’s and master’s degree from Bowling Green State University. I have over 30 years of experience in the mental health field. I have worked in community mental health, private practice as well as online telehealth. I have worked with all age groups but especially enjoy working with adolescents and young adults. I have experience working with clients with depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, PTSD, grief, but I am not limited to these specialties.
I use a cognitive behavioral approach in my counseling style but have also used person-centered therapy and DBT. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor and a Licensed Social Worker. I received my bachelor’s and master’s degree from Bowling Green State University.
My family l and I live on a farm in Northwest Ohio raising replacement heifers. I have three children. My daughter is a nurse, and my two sons work with my husband. I enjoy scrapbooking, gardening, and reading in my spare time.
