As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), I work with adults and teens and specialize in Cognitive Behavior Therapy. I can help if you are experiencing depression or anxiety, or if you are just worried, afraid, or having issues with parenting, elderly parents, or work. I can help you learn to manage your stress in more helpful ways and help heal your feelings of depression, fears, worry and anxiety.
I focus on building self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-love in a non-judgmental environment. People spend so much time beating themselves up instead of building themselves up. Let go of the resistance (doubts, justifications) and allow your inner self to grow. Life can bring a lot of stress and healthy coping skills are always necessary.
As a member of the Great Lakes Psychology Group network, I have a team standing by Monday-Friday between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm Eastern available to help schedule an appointment and answer billing and insurance questions.
