Women's Support Group - Healing Trauma
Empowerment, Trauma Recovery, and Creating Life Changes. A support group for women who have experienced trauma . Topics covered will be: Understanding Trauma, Physical and Emotional Boundaries, Self Esteem, Self Soothing, Intimacy and Trust, Trauma Bonds, Relationships, and female sexuality. This group begins on September 3, 2024 and will last 8 weeks. You must pre-register and plan on attending all 8 weeks. $120 total cost for 8 sessions. Contact us for more details and to register.
