Wisdom Group, for Sagers (A.K.A. "Seniors")
Six to twelve people over 65, all interested in ageing well. The group/s will focus on appreciating the positives, as well as coming to terms with the losses, of growing older. We will meet twice a month to examine what growing older with a wisdom focus means.
