My primary goal is how to best meet your needs. I use an evolutionary approach which includes an exploration of where you are in the lifespan. I am a trauma-informed, compassionate counselor. I work with individuals, couples, and families. I provide an environment of inclusion where you can feel safe, secure, and confident, knowing I am here to walk with you as I help you to meet your goals. I am trained in and utilize EMDR and Brainspotting psychological treatments for a variety of issues.
When working with individuals, I use a combination of Cognitive-Behavioral, Person-Centered, & Internal Family Systems therapies. With couples and families, my lifespan focus utilizes a Transgenerational and Family Systems approach to achieve goals and improve functioning.
