I have experience working with all ages, families, & couples working through trauma, PTSD, body image and disordered eating, self harm, suicidal ideations, gender identity & sexual orientation struggles, addiction, depression, and anxiety. I specialize in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Attachement Based Family Therapy, & EMDR.
