This group includes eight, 2 hour sessions covering topics such as: Red/Green Flags in Relationships, Boundaries, Identifying and Expressing Emotions, Co-dependence, Communication Styles, Safety. Grief: Stepping Through the Pain
A lot has changed in recent years. We have all lost something or someone in the process. I am to create a space for healing for those willing to learn how to navigate grief of any kind and grow around it as we step forward with our grief. This group will run in 6 week intervals of 2 hours each session. Payments can be made of $60 per person/per session or $300 upfront for a $60 discount for the full 6 weeks of programming.
