Lily works with adults, couples, and adolescents starting at 12 years of age. She is able to support clients in the following areas; depression, anxiety, managing family and life transitions, relationship challenges, parenting, building healthy coping skills, and processing traumatic events. Lily also offers pre-marital counseling for couples.
Lily is a family systems therapist and has received training in and practices utilizing the following modalities; Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Narrative Therapy.
Therapy is a space for reflection, healing, and growth. My goal is to support you in approaching life’s challenges through collaboration.
