Therapy isn’t one size fits all, and neither are therapists. The approach I utilize for therapy is all about relationships and connection (based on attachment-theory). I take that framework and combine it with other therapeutic models like TF-CBT, SFBT, EFT, ACT, and BDT based on your needs as a client.
