Hi, I'm Lillian and I have been an LCSW for over 15 years. I love what I do, and am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families get through life and personal challenges. I work with clients to help them identify barriers, and break through those barriers to improve their quality of life and relationships. I work with clients to break through the barriers by being a good listener to identify each client's unique barrier and use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and also use an analytical approach-connecting the dots.
I have worked with individuals, couples, and families for many years. I treat people who have major depression, work stress, life stress, anxiety, relationship challenges, self-esteem challenges, and those who are having a challenging time trying to find their way through life's journey.
I work to create a safe and trusting environment that is non-judgmental and compassionate. Creating a safe environment is very important so clients can have an open dialog and feel supported.
