With nearly 20 years of experience as a teacher and artist locally and internationally, I have worked with individuals ranging from preschoolers to elders, including those with diverse abilities, needs, and strengths. As a Drama Therapist focusing on Transgenerational Therapy, mindfulness and Feminist Psychology, I bring play, humor, and deep self-inquiry to the therapeutic work we engage in together. The experience of expressing oneself through a creative process can provide fresh perspectives and a sense of hope and empowerment.
I specialize in working with groups and high-functioning creatives, individuals with neurological diversities, youth, the LGBTQIA+ community, and multicultural counseling. Most recently, I have worked with the Tamalpais Unified High School District, Living Arts Counseling Center, and Child Parent Institute.
I identify as able-bodied, white, queer and Jewish and hold my Master's from the California Institute of Integral Studies in counseling psychology with a concentration in drama therapy. I look forward to connecting with you.
