As a certified grief an relationship therapist, I can help.
Modalities can vary: from Mindfulness-Based to EFT, EMDR, and Ego State Therapy; self talk to improving communication; attachment based family of origin issues; nutrition to exercise; embracing those parts disowned; breath work, meditation and dream analysis. I am also a fully certified Imago Relationship Therapist at Level II. Grief is a specialty also.
A strong background in the arts also informs my work. I support your spiritual growth if that is an area of need. Actively and empathetically listening to what challenges and issues you bring to our sessions directs me in finding the best approach at any given time. We work together creatively. Because I do couples work, I can accommodate evening appt times.
