Welcome! When working with clients, I strive to create a safe, welcoming, and identity-affirming environment in which my clients can fully express themselves and explore the issues they may be facing. I work with individual clients using evidence-based treatments from multiple modalities, such as ACT, CBT, and CPT. I offer art as an optional tool for clients to engage with as they are exploring their thoughts and emotions. In addition, I provide talk therapy through a psychodynamic and person-centered lens, meaning my focus is on my clients and how their past experiences influence their current thoughts, emotions, and reactions.
I collaborate with my clients to identify what they would like to work on within the therapeutic space and together, we build a practical and compassionate plan on how to achieve those goals. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing anxiety and eating disorders. Currently, I am accepting Cigna and Aetna and can provide a sliding scale.
I truly believe every person is capable of change and is able to work towards the life they imagine for themselves.
