My approach is collaborative, transparent, integrative, and tailored to your personal goals. With a relational-cultural foundation, I draw on techniques from interpersonal, narrative, insight, and dialectical behavioral therapies. I especially love to work with adults with mood, relationship, disability/medical, identity, and life transition concerns.
