As a pre-licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I am eager to support men and women of all ages and backgrounds. Each one of us face unique and personal challenges. It can cause confusion and despair to have to go through it alone. I would like to offer myself up as as a listener, an ally and as a personal advocate. My role is to help you navigate complicated thoughts, feelings or relationships and find ways to approach these challenges with renewed hope and energy.
I am especially interested in supporting women. Being a woman in today's world can often cause conflicting expectations. I am a daughter, a sister, a wife and a mother and have experienced some of the challenges that all of these roles can cause. I am interested in helping women of all ages find their "voice" and remember what it is that makes them "sing".
