Hi, I’m Lila, welcome! I know first-hand, through my own experiences, how vulnerable it can be to begin therapy. This is a powerful step to take to further explore yourself. My approach is holistic, compassionate, non-judgmental and empowering. I engage folks in a humanistic, relational and collaborative framework, centering that you are the expert in your own life. I use an eclectic approach, utilizing different modalities dependent on the needs and challenges that you are facing and what you are looking to gain from therapy.
I specialize in supporting young adults who are navigating life’s stressors (such as life transitions and interpersonal challenges), anxiety, depression, self-esteem, grief and systemic and interpersonal trauma. While I specialize in these areas, I am open and honored to work with folks who are looking for support to navigate a variety of challenges.
The therapeutic alliance is of the utmost importance in my practice. Our relationship operates as the epicenter to facilitate whatever you are looking for in the therapeutic space.
