Lighthouse Therapy Services is owned and operated by Rashell Byrski and Jenna Gilginas who are both Licensed Master of Social Work. We started our therapy office to walk alongside our clients through the waves of life. Providing a guiding light both Rashell and Jenna offer unique attributes to meet client's needs. Rashell works with ages 8 years old and older. She has much experience working with teenagers and adults with cognitive or developmental disabilities. Jenna works with ages 4 years old and over, she enjoys utilizing art therapy with all of her clients and play therapy with her younger clients.
Rashell and Jenna both have experience working with trauma, anxiety, depression, suicidality, self-harm, ADHD, LGBTQIA+, life changes for all ages, family therapy, co-parenting, and couples. Rashell also works with teenagers extensively, I/DD adults and children, and autism. Jenna has experience with foster care, CPS, veterans, and incarceration.
We enjoy meeting clients where they are at and guiding them to where they want to be. We both understand that therapy requires building trust and a therapeutic relationship. We both understand what it means to be a therapist and to see a therapist. Please reach out to us with any questions.
