I love to work with children, families, and teachers, including Expat families and Third Culture Kids (TCK). My passion is connecting parents, teacher and students, so that all feel heard, supported and students begin to thrive. Many of my clients are overwhelmed by life and they don't know why or what to do about it. Parents and teachers both experience burnout. Getting stuck in the middle of chaos, makes it hard to find the next move. It is not possible to solve a problem without rising above it. My role is to bring you up out of the woods and help you find more effective solutions, ultimately bringing peace of mind.
As a former teacher turned school counselor and day treatment therapist, I have extensive experience with learning and behavioral challenges at home and in the classroom. I help families move from the stressful patterns of outbursts followed by shutdown to productive and meaningful conversations. I help teachers connect and improve student achievement.
