I enjoy working with a diverse population of adults, adolescents and school age children. My ideal client is someone who is motivated and open to learning new skills to deal with their life stressors. I use a variety of therapy modes and techniques including individual and group therapy, play therapy, art therapy, role modeling, active listening, and teaching coping skills such as grounding and relaxation techniques.
My areas of specialty include: Depression, Bipolar Disorder, Anxiety, Personality Disorders, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, LGBTQ+, Schizophrenia, Conduct Disorder, PTSD, and Family Dynamic Issues. I offer a safe place where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and struggles with no judgment.
