My ideal client would be someone male or female or LGBTQIA that is struggling to make sense of the world and all of its idiosyncrasies. You need help to be able to move forward when stuck and need an extra nudge from someone on the outside looking in. Your issue could be depression, anxiety, PTSD, personality disorders, lack of confidence or lack of assertiveness. Your goal would be to gain understanding, to talk without fear or inhibition and to make needed changes in order to live your best life. Sometimes childhood trauma still has an affect on you today. I will try to help you to gain insight into your past.
I will be able to help you via talk therapy and discussion of thoughts and feelings. I am also familiar with CBT, Psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing and deep breathing and relaxation exercises. For the past 21 years, I have been working with the Department of Veterans Affairs. I know about veterans benefits and other issues.
I know that you have been suffering in silence and want to get it all off your chest. I am hoping that you will be able to do that with me.
