However, I specialize in treating individuals and families struggling with Mood Disorders, Addiction, Eating Disorders, and Anxiety Disorders. For those patients that may need more intensive care, I am the Program Director at Lido Wellness Center, a PHP & IOP specializing in trauma and mental health treatment. We offer a comprehensive and unique treatment approach focusing on Somatic Experiencing, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness and Life Skills to assist patient's in reclaiming their lives and fostering lasting change.

Groups
DBT Skills Group
This group skills training class is to help people learn and use new coping skills in order to develop a life that they experience as fulfilling and worth living. This group will address common areas of difficulty that an individual might face, such as difficult relationships, reactive patterns of behavior, and struggles managing emotions. DBT skills groups include skills for mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
