Working with children, adolescents, and adults with anxiety and OCD is where my primary focus and expertise lies. I provide evidence-based treatment with a focus on cognitive behavior therapy (CBT), incorporating elements of mindfulness and positive psychology. If you, your child, or someone you love suffers from excessive worries or struggles with habits that get in the way of living life to its fullest, I am here to help. I specialize in OCD, anxiety, Tourette's and tic disorders, body dysmorphic disorder, hair pulling and skin picking.
My approach focuses on Exposure and Response Prevention therapy (ERP), the most effective approach to OCD, and can include family members or partners to build a support system on your journey to overcome anxiety. I also offer clinical supervision and consultation in ERP.
My training includes CBT at the Beck Institute, and Exposure/Response Prevention training at The University of Pennsylvania. I am a graduate of the Pediatric Behavior Therapy Training Institute (BTTI) through the International OCD Foundation and WPIC's Pediatric OCD Intensive Outpatient Program.
