My name is Libby Noonan and I am a LPCC with over twenty years of experience in supporting individuals navigating a broad spectrum of challenges. My approach is grounded in empathy, understanding, and a firm belief in the resilience and potential of every person I have the privilege to work with. In my practice, I specialize in assisting individuals with ADHD, ASD, OCD, anxiety, depression, intellectual disabilities, brain injuries, chronic pain, stress, career and workplace issues, and major life transitions.
I focus on a humanistic and supportive approach and I utilize a strength-based approach that challenges you to refocus your thoughts and challenge negative beliefs. I offer non-traditional hours such as early mornings, evenings, and weekends for people with busy lives. I offer both in-person session in my office in Edina or remotely.
Together, we will embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment. Using evidence-based practices, we will work collaboratively to develop strategies that promote resilience, adaptability, and personal growth.
