I specialize in working with individuals who are navigating and trying to understand their challenges and relationship to Trauma, Autism, ADHD, anxiety, self esteem issues, or, not uncommonly, a combination of the listed. I also enjoy working with a large range of individuals, as I believe each person holds so much value with their unique experience. I also work within other ranges such as inner child work, spirituality, LGBTQIA+, life transitions, attachment styles, childhood trauma, and mindfulness.
I use various modalities including Narrative Therapy, IFS, Somatic, and Emotion Focused Therapy to customize the healing process for each client. I believe that we all have different parts within us that hold their own, and sometimes conflicting, needs, wants, beliefs, and feelings. Each part of you deserves to be seen, to be heard, and to be understood.

Freeing Ourselves From Imposter Syndrome is a virtual process group for mental health professionals struggling with imposter syndrome, lack of confidence, and self doubt while providing mental health services. This is a closed process group for all genders, all ages, and all stages of your career including counseling grad students in their internship, LPCS, Associates, social workers, etc... Please feel free to reach out for more information! This group will also be co led by a Licensed Professional Counselor. We will be using the framework of a different therapeutic modality in each session.
