I enjoy working with clients who hated their last therapy experience, clients who feel defeated by their relationship with food and their body, and clients who are sick of anxiety ruling their life. I aim to support, challenge, and empower you to determine what your goals are and make meaningful progress toward them. Anyone seeking support to confront their unique difficulties is welcome here. I am well-versed in trauma-informed care and focus on being sensitive to cultural issues and marginalized groups. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I take pride in providing LGBTQ+-affirming care.

I specialize in evidence-based therapies such as CBT, DBT, RO-DBT, ACT, and ERP. I'll tailor my approach to support you as an individual. I enjoy working with adolescents/ adults struggling with depression, anxiety, panic, OCD, disordered eating, and low self-esteem.
