In my practice I focus on the goals of the client. Whether it is to address a past trauma or a current struggle with life transitions, depression or anxiety, I work to bring a gentle, directed approach to therapy. I believe that if we address our thoughts we can change the experience we have with our emotions and ultimately remove the obstacles that stand in the way of an enjoyable life.
With the use of CBT techniques, a focus on mindfulness/meditation and training in EMDR therapy (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) we will work together to help you move toward a more grounded version of you.
