My healing approach integrates intersectional lens and my lived experience as the eldest daughter of Chinese immigrants. I create a space where clients feel safe expressing their emotions authentically, developing self-awareness, and pursuing personal growth. As clients release unhelpful beliefs, they can cultivate more self-compassion, abundance, ease.
