I consider one’s social location and social conditioning when working with individual clients, especially with men's issues and women's issues. I work with couples who may be considering separation or who are navigating parenthood and new life stages, and other major lifestyle changes. My goal is always to help my clients access their vulnerability, which is where our most helpful tools hang out, so they can experience pleasant changes outside of the office.
I use a person-centered and integrative approach with my clients where I consider the whole person and their lived experiences. I work with individuals and couples, using Internal Family Systems ("parts work") and Emotionally Focused Therapy, and lots of humor!
