My areas of focus are trauma, codependency, and anxiety (including OCD and generalized worries). I have experience working with highly sensitive, twice exceptional, and high-masking neurodiverse adults (including ADHD and Autism). I provide a safe, supportive, and empowering environment to foster self-exploration and growth. I work with people who have experienced trauma, relationship issues, and mood and anxiety disorders to gain a sense of empowerment and happiness. My approach is trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and adapted to the unique needs of the client. I incorporate evidence-based therapies and mindfulness practices to provide you with the best possible care.
