The hardest part of the therapeutic process is asking for help. Taking those first, but necessary steps, can be exhausting. As your therapist, I am committed to making the transition into therapy as smooth and successful as possible. My primary goal is to provide a safe and welcoming environment where you can feel seen, heard, and supported. In our therapeutic space you can expect open and honest communication and sessions tailored to meet your individual needs.
I specialize in working with adults facing a range of challenges including anxiety disorders, (C)PTSD, and OCD. My practice incorporates a variety of evidence-based therapies in addition to talk therapy including EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing) and ERP (exposure response prevention).
At the heart of effective therapy lies the understanding that each individual's path to growth and healing is unique. As your therapist, I am committed to providing a personalized experience that addresses your specific needs and goals. I look forward to hearing from you!
