I see individuals 18+. My style both in session and in life is one of authenticity, humor, and empathetic directness. I believe in approaching one’s wounds and struggles with compassionate curiosity and remaining open to the idea that healing is a lifelong journey of evolving and getting connected with ourselves over and over as we navigate the many seasons of our lives. My work is grounded in Feminist and Attachment theory, and I believe that the power of a collaborative and client autonomy focused therapeutic relationship is the foundation upon which healing is facilitated.
I strive to provide truly individualized, collaborative, and creative treatment and therefore the logistics of therapy will look different for everyone. While I love working with all of my clients, my passion lies in helping folks navigate Trauma, PTSD, CPTSD, attachment wounds, and the many related struggles that often come along with these experiences.
Reaching out can feel hard and impossible. I know because I've been there. But I sincerely believe in the ability of whatever part of you got you this far to take the final step! Whatever brings you to therapy it is my hope that you will leave this work feeling deeply empowered and capable of enacting the change you wish to see in yourself and the world.
