Hello! I enjoy working with adolescents and adults who struggle with challenging life transitions, depression, anxiety, low self esteem, and relational issues. I am LGBTQ+ affirming and welcome all individuals from different backgrounds. Life can be stressful, and you shouldn't have to navigate it on your own. I can help you find a new direction!
I combine different therapeutic approaches to meet you where you are at; after all, no one person is the same! Some of my common approaches include: utilizing cognitive behavioral strategies to decrease negative self talk, anxiety, and depression, exploring childhood and upbringing, and identifying an individual's strengths to combat low self esteem.
I validate your feelings and experiences and help to decrease the challenges you are facing. Learning new tools and coping strategies can make a huge difference in one's life! I would be honored to hear your stories and embrace your vulnerability as you navigate this challenging time! Please reach out with any questions you may have!
