I’m here to help you gain a better understanding of how your life experiences have influenced or shaped your narrative of self, your relationships with others as well as how you navigate difficulty or suffering in your life. My hope is that in being met with compassion and curiosity in the room you can feel more comfortable to meet yourself where you are at while working towards being where you would like to be.
I specialize in anxiety disorders, depression, Complex PTSD, and addiction. In addition, I have years of experience working with and helping clients with life transitions, issues in relationships, failure to launch, and grief and loss. I am trained in EMDR trauma therapy and keep up to date on evidence based practices in my field.
My approach to therapy is relational, attachment based and trauma informed. My goal is to provide a safe place to develop a trusting therapeutic relationship that will enable careful exploration of any issue you may struggling with.
