I enjoy working with young adults and adults, in individual and couples therapy who may be struggling with mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, substance related issues, work demands, relational demands. I meet individuals where they are at and accept they come to me for help in affecting change.
I believe strongly that the most important part of a therapeutic relationship is trust and building a strong relationship. I believe that acceptance, trust, instilling hope and continuity are the main factors in assisting someone to gain confidence and understanding to be able to affect change in themselves.
