I'm passionate about working with youth and adults on a wide variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, family issues, and fostering/adoption. I ground my practice in “Integrative Psychotherapy,” an approach that embraces multiple views of how people think and feel. As a result, I take different approaches based on the challenge we are discussing, incorporating techniques from psychodynamic, cognitive behavioral, dialectical behavioral, and somatic therapies.
I'm passionate about encouraging my clients to accept themselves as they are AND that they can change. I believe anyone can benefit from the type of work that I do. I welcome clients of all genders, sexualities, religions/spiritualities, and abilities. I love providing therapy and endeavor for my clients to enjoy and grow from the work as much as I do.
