When working with clients I believe in meeting them where they are and collaborating with them in both goal setting and on how to best achieve those goals. I am foremost a humanist in my approach to psychotherapy, deeply valuing the authentic meeting of two people who through the development of mutual trust, understanding and compassion can take on even the most difficult of challenges. I am passionate about viewing individuals and families through a holistic health lens and I incorporate that holistic/multi-systemic lens in all the work I do with clients.
I provide individual, family and couples therapy and use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Coaching, Motivational Interviewing and other relational interventions when working with clients who need assistance with overcoming various mental, emotional and relational challenges.
