Tish is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Kentucky and provides individual therapy and counseling services to children, adolescents, and adults. After completing her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Sociology, Tish continued her education at Lindsey Wilson College and earned her Master’s Degree in Counseling. Tish has worked in the mental health field for 25 years and has been a licensed practitioner for 22 of those years. She has experience with individuals who are dually diagnosed and has a long history of working with individuals who have experienced traumatic events.
Tish has training and experience with helping individuals with a variety of needs including but not limited to the following – depression, anxiety, bi-polar disorder, relationship problems, personality disorders, PTSD, assertive communication, and boundary issues. She uses evidence-based practices which include CBT and Trauma Focused CBT.
Sometimes having someone objective to support you with past experiences, current stressors, relationship issues, and other situations that occur in a safe, judgment free space is all you need to move forward. I provide teletherapy so it is convenient and confidential. I can also take immediate appointments.
