Therapy is this amazing process between two or more human beings working together towards growth and healing. I work with diverse clients who are struggling with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, loss and grief, as well as everyday's life challenges.
My therapy style is based on acceptance and empathy, while gently challenging the barriers that are preventing you from living a life based on your values. I offered emotional regulation and coping skill tools, to increase your ability to properly deal with strong emotions and stressful situations.
Telling the story helps dissipate the pain. My goal is to create a non judgmental environment where you feel safe and ready to make the changes that you want to see in your life. Together we can restore wholeness. I am looking forward to work with you in your journey towards healing.
