I am a Certified Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapist, formally trained in emotional and nervous system regulation techniques to foster resilience and strengthen your relationship with intuition, body and community as safe sources of wisdom, guidance, and healing. I am also professionally trained in PolyVagal Theory, Yoga Therapy and Astrological Counseling.
