Groups
Parenting With Self-Awareness
This group will meet in fall/winter 2022/2023. Understanding ourselves and the way we regulate helps us parent our children lovingly with awareness. We respond instead of react. This group will be 4-6 sessions and include learning new tools and finding and sharing support.
