Whether it be relationship challenges, low sense of self, unhealthy patterns, body image stuff, feeling blue, like you are not enough, or just when life is hard, I am here to help you.
My passion lies in helping you identify your values, and also help you actualize your greatness. Through talk therapy, I can get to know you, try to understand who you are as a person, and provide more understanding of you and your behaviors. My basic training in EMDR may allow us to get to the very seed of where and why you continue to feel the way you do.
In my opinion, accelerated change can be found with the combination of talk therapy and EMDR. My greatest joy is helping you find your happiness.
