Using a combination of behavioral modalities including DBT, CBT and ACT, I work with teens and adults who are struggling with issues related to anxiety, depression, life-transitions, cross-cultural issues, relationship struggles; and mothers, fathers, and guardians experiencing the hardship of raising a family. I provide individual therapy for ages 12 and up
