Professional mental health and wellness support for individuals, couples, and families, is essential in today's world. I specialize in working with young and experienced professionals, college students, adolescents, and couples in addressing anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship concerns, and other mental health issues. I can provide the support you need to overcome challenging obstacles, improve your mental health and wellness, raise your self-esteem, navigate difficult relationships, and face the day with confidence. My regular office hours are weekdays, with late afternoon/early evening times available.
You matter to me. During the counseling process, you will be heard and you will be equipped with effective skills to balance your life and emotions. I believe in equipping my clients with skills to handle future challenges. Some of the techniques I use are CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems, Somatic, Trauma Focused CBT, and art therapy.
